That made me giggle. :-) Except I was at work :-(
I know several people who, quite seriously, evacuated New Orleans from Katrina with a selection of games: Board, card, roleplaying, and computer.Myself included. I also bought games while living out of hotels.
mdk: I believe that there were some fundraising events on BGG after Katrina to restock New Orlean's gamers with board games, as well.I don't know what happened with them.Yehuda
