Whoa. This article says that The Rolling Stones, Britney Spears (really?), and Iggy Pop and the Stooges are all planning concerts in Israel later this year. Other performers on the way include Blonde Redhead, Keren Ann, Sean Paul, My Chemical Romance, Avril Lavigne and Nelly Furtado (maybe), Evanescence, Paradise Lost, and who knows who else.
This follows last year's Black Eyed Peas and Roger Waters concerts, as well as planned but canceled trips by Kelly Clarkson and Depeche Mode.
