10 is not an integer, but 0 is.

I'm sure you're thinking about "numerals", not "integers".

Shouldn't that really be the "Top Ten Smallest Natural Numbers"? Integers include 0 and -1, -2, etc. Note that for any integer N, -N is 'smaller'.

Aww crud, I meant "whole number" not "natural number" - unless you use the older definition for "natural number" - e.g. N*. "Positive integers" will do...
