My father-in-law pointed out something that is now obvious to me: the article series should not in fact be called "Ethics in Gaming" but "Morality in Gaming". I.e. I don't really discuss ethics (the study of morality) but morality (instruction on how to live according to one idea of morality). Oh, well. Most people won't make the distinction, I suppose.
Cari Davidson wrote a nice little piece about how MMORPG's seem to be missing the RP element. Frankly, I find that to be true about most non-MMO RPG's, too.
